About Dr. John Stewart
Dr. John Stewart, a retired veterinarian, transformed his health after a pre-diabetic diagnosis, achieving normalized blood glucose and a healthy BMI of 22. His success fuels his passion for intermittent fasting and the benefits of a keto diet. Overcoming a fondness for high-glycemic foods and a family history of diabetes, Dr. Stewart's extensive nutritional research and learning from renowned keto coaches from all over the world helped him become a well-received keto diet coach himself. His unique voice in the nutrition science community for over 5 years landed him as one of the guests of the Australian SBS Insight Program, titled "Living Longer, or Better?" where he shared his knowledge on the science of the keto diet.
Dr. John Stewart remains passionate about empowering individuals through education. He champions the science of low-sugar, low-glycemic index, and high-healthy-fat eating, equipping the public to self-manage their diet, exercise, sleep, and stress.
